Positive: very quiet neighbourhood, 20 min walking to city centre, good public transport connection - 2 metro stations 5 min walking, bus going to the city centre nearby, small supermarkets around. Very good communication with the owner, easy to get in the appartment with clear instructions.
Summary: We were a family of 4, in general we were satisfied.

Positive: The area was fabulous, lots of restaurants supermarkets and bars & near to the Metro stations, fantastic communication with hosts.
Negative: Only 2 coffee cups- 1 large, 1 small ? 😀

Positive: Perfect location and cute apartment. We came in Paris 6 hours before check in and owner was kind enough to let us leave the baggage in apartment.
Negative: Apartment needs deep cleaning, especially couch, kitchen and floor. Only 2 big mugs (and those were chipped) and 1 small (we were 3),everything sticky and dirty (because the cleaning lady doesn't wash the dishes, guests need to do it). Also the sheets are to small for couch.

Positive: The apartment is quiet, located in a good area and is well connected to major metro lines and bus routes. It’s a quaint little space perfect for couples or small groups of 2/3. the piano is a very nice touch. Loved our stay here. I would definitely book this one again.

Positive: This apartment is in a great location with very easy access to transportation. Street parking for cars. Fantastic boulangerie very close by. The balcony is very nice and the kitchen is stocked with essentials including a clothes washing machine. We had everything we needed for three nights. The building had two keyed doors to enter and the apartment had a deadbolt lock so it seemed very safe. The instructions were super clear and the owner responded quickly to messages.
Negative: Nothing. We were satisfied with our stay.
Summary: Fantastic location with nice balcony and easy access to all of the sites in Paris.

Positive: Cosy apartment close to the Metro and buses. We could reach all things we wanted to see. We like the equipment of the apartment from cosy bed to good Wifi. It was pleasure to spend the weekend here. Communication with owner was also awesome.

Positive: Lovely location, close to metro stations with lots of restaurants and bakeries nearby. Yang was very helpful and happy to answer any questions we had. Sign in was very easy and quick, apartment was very clean and spacious. We would definitely come back here if we are in Paris again
